Give these two leg exercises a try- Nordic curls and reverse Nordic curls. I like to super set these after my main leg movement for the day is finished. These two challenging body weight exercises can be scaled to any level easily. Incorporating these into your lower body workouts will work your quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, and glutes like never before. And the best part is, you can do it from the comfort of you own home while your little one watches songs for littles…oh wait is that just me…haha, I meant, while everyone else is fighting over equipment at the gym.
