One of the most common things I hear from people is they don’t have the time to workout or eat healthy. Nonsense! If I can do it anyone can. It all comes down to organizing and executing around priorities. In this video I go over what I do to try and achieve that. I utilize Franklin Planners, a planning system inspired by Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I highly recommend reading that book if you haven’t and using this planning system. It has given me peace of mind, helped me organize and achieve my goals, and be much more productive than if I had never used them.
