To Buy or Not to Buy | A Helpful Guide to Help Decide on Organic vs Non-Organic Produce at the Store
Every year the Environmental Working Group releases a list of produce ranked from highest to lowest in amounts of pesticides. They have termed the foods highest in pesticides as the “dirty dozen” and those lowest in pesticides as the “clean 15”.
In this video I review these foods for the year 2022 (2023 is not out yet). This is a helpful resource if you have ever wondered if you should buy organic or not. The foods highest in pesticides you obviously want to buy organic if you can, those with the lowest pesticides you can save money on and buy the regular kind (unless you want to steer clear of GMO’s, then you may want non-GMO organic always).

These two challenging body weight exercises can be scaled to any level easily.
